Mentorship program

We are incredibly passionate about sharing what it truly takes to have the opportunity to work with horses for a living. We know how difficult it is to navigate this industry, how hard it is to find professional mentors and to learn how to run a horse business like a business. If you are interested in getting submersed inside a professional training program, learning more about starting young horses, fixing problem horses, and navigating a customer service based trade skill, please ask us about our mentorship program.

We offer four or eight week internships available June, July and August. Our goal is to help you get an understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful and profitable small equine business. The focus of this is to help you determine if the equestrian training industry may be an avenue that you are interested in pursuing as a career and how to launch yourself successfully forward. Reach out to us about the costs of our internship, current availability and what to expect while you are with us. We cannot wait to share with you all the aspects of building an equestrian business.

what clients are saying

“I cannot recommend Brie highly enough. Over six months, she transformed my 3-year-old from completely unbroken to going well under saddle with a solid flatwork foundation. What sets Brie apart is her deep understanding of equine development and being really present with the horse that is in front of her. She takes things slow when needed, but is always challenging the horse to learn and get into the groove of their new job. She was unfazed by all my horse’s baby behaviors, and now, due to her consistent and level training, he’s matured so much, seemingly finding genuine enjoyment in his work.

Brie strikes the perfect balance between being incredibly professional and wonderfully easy to work with. She's reasonable in her approach and expectations, yet maintains the highest standards in her training and care methods. I honestly felt like my horse was in better care with Brie than at home with me. I’ll be forever recommending Brie to anyone looking to get a good foundation built on a young horse."
