"Leroy"

We purchased Leroy directly from the breeder in the fall of 2025 as a young horse prospect for the future. Since arriving, Leroy has settled in beautifully and adjusted to training barn and stable life. He is the sweetest horse in the barn, always curious about what everyone is doing and looking for a little cuddle. Leroy loves being involved, has a great memory and we are enjoying preparing him to get started under saddle. He is huge and still growing! Leroy competed in the Young Horse Show series in November 2025 and had great remarks from the judge. It was his first haul off property, first time stabling at a show grounds, first time being body clipped, first time wearing a bridle and he handled the entire eperience with enthusiasm and confidence.

Leroy is by Dubarry, who is an exceptional son of Don Frederico. Dubarry’s offspring are known for their rideablility, elegant leggy types with three excellent gaits. His Dam sire, Orleandro, is known for producing offspring with easy temperaments, correct conformation, fantastic jump, lovely movement and great versatility. Both stallions have produced many offspring that are now competing at the FEI levels in dressage, show jumping and eventing.
